Hi! I'm Sujata and here is how this program emerged
I didn’t create Live Your Intention as a program I set out to design. It emerged over time, through years of working with people who were deeply self-aware — and still felt caught between what they knew and how they were living.
I know that gap intimately. For years, I could sense the life I was meant to live, yet between that knowing and my daily reality was a distance I didn’t know how to cross. I would set intentions, commit to change — and then stress would rise, old patterns would activate, and I’d find myself back in familiar ways of being.
My own healing journey — through both early developmental wounding and later-life trauma — taught me something essential: transformation isn’t about willpower. It’s about wholeness.
Wholeness means returning to the Self that can hold every part, without being organized around the wound.
My background is grounded in sociology, trauma-informed practice, and somatic work. That training gave me essential language and frameworks. But as my work deepened, I began to notice something else at play — a level of knowing that didn’t come from theory alone.
Certain insights, structures, and ways of working revealed themselves through presence and lived inquiry. Not as something to impose, but as something to listen to. Patterns began to repeat across people, contexts, and life stages — pointing toward a process of integration that was less about fixing and more about creating the conditions for Self-led living.
Live Your Intention grew from that intersection — where science and spirituality meet, where nervous-system awareness supports inner knowing, and where structure makes room for emergence.
It offers a grounded, relational container where your own knowing can be trusted — and where intention becomes something you live from..Â

Live Your Intention unfolds over three intentional movements, each followed by an integration week. This pacing is deliberate — it allows insight to become embodied, and alignment to become lived.
Returning to Self
WEEK 1-3
Purpose: establish Self as the primary organizing center for how you live and create.
Rather than beginning with goals or outcomes, this phase focuses on re-orienting to Self — learning to recognize when your life is being shaped by conditioned responses versus inner knowing, and how nervous-system states influence what feels possible.
During this phase, the work supports you in:
✓ Recognizing when stress or conditioning is running the system
✓ Differentiating Self-led knowing from habitual responses.
✓ Restoring a felt sense of safety, clarity, and presence
✓ Allowing intention to arise from truth rather than urgency
Regulating & Aligning
WEEK 4-7
Purpose: stabilize Self-leadership so alignment can be sustained in real life.
In this phase, the work shifts from recognition into capacity. You’ll strengthen your ability to remain oriented to Self as intensity, desire, and uncertainty arise — not by suppressing responses, but by learning how regulation supports clarity, receptivity, and choice.

During this phase, the work supports you in:

Living From Self
WEEK 9-11
Purpose: express intention through lived coherence in daily life.
In this final movement, intention shifts from reflection to lived orientation, as life begins to reorganize around what’s true.
This phase is not about effort or performance. It’s about allowing life to respond to who you are being.
During this phase, the work supports you in:
✓  Living boundaries and truth without explanation, defense, or over-functioning.
✓   Allowing relationships and leadership to reorganize organically.
✓  Making choices from alignment rather than habit or fear.
✓ Experiencing actualization as coherence between inner state and lived reality
